solidworks >> Extrude and tap forming tool

Gi'day Group
Anybody have or know where I might get
a extrude and tap forming tool?
The metal is steel .759mm (22 Gauge) CRS
and the tap is M3.00
Instead of a forming tool is there a better way?
I'm using SW2006 SP 4.1
Thanks in advance

If you're running this in a turret press, contact the turret
manufacturer, or Wilson Tool or Mate tool. Pem inserts are a decent
alternative to a tap and form too.

Thanks for the lead but I don't think
they would have a "Solidworks forming tool"
for a extrude and tap. I'm sorry I should've
mentioned I'm looking for a Solidworks feature
which in this case is called a "forming tool"
Solidworks has a sample of an extrude in thier
design libaray under "forming tools"
Anyone make one for an M3.00 using 22 gauge CRS?
Thanks in advance

1. Forming Tool Problem

Hi All,
I am trying to create a simple 25mm dimple in a sheet metal part 1.6mm
thick. I have modified the forming tool appropriately with 25mm radius
and a 10mm fillet. I get the error:

"counter sink emboss21. The part's thickness may not be compatible
with this form tool. The thickness must be less than the minimum
radius of curvature for the form tool."

I am probably missing something simple here but cannot see it. Can any
body help please?
Thanks in advance.

3. Forming Tools

I have created some custom forming tools of typical embosses we use,
added them to the Feature Palette and placed them on some sheet metal
parts. Now, I want to make some minor changes to a couple of these
features, but can't figure out how to edit these? I understand that
you can "Edit Palette Item" for the master feature, but is there
anyway to edit features I have placed? The only thing I can figure out
is that I have to edit the master (or create a copy) and replace every
one on each part? Is there anyway to replace features or establish a
link prior to placement? Does anyone have a better way to approach
this requirement?

5. forming tool orientation sketch

When did they change forming tools? Overall nice job, much simpler, but
they seem to have blown it big time with the orientation sketch unless
there is something I'm missing.

The orientation sketch cannot be edited. That in itself is not
necessarily a problem, but if the footprint of the feature is
symmetrical but the rest of the feature is not, then the "orientation"
sketch becomes a "disorientation" sketch. Manually created sketches are
ignored, it adds the giant "L", but this is not in the orientation sketch.

Fortunately you can edit it after you guess wrong.
