Create you document on a normal page, then in the File Print dialog, enter
1, 1, 1, 1 if the Pages control and then select 4 pages per sheet in the
Zoom section of the dialog.

4. Moving table row divides table into 3 parts MS Word 2002

I have observed a bug in MS Word.

I am able to duplicate the problem as follows:

I first created a table using the create table tool bar button. I needed to
make several tables, so I just copied the newly created table several times.
I used the following procedure to copy the tables: I hovered over the table
and clicked on the little table marker in the upper left corner of the
table, and clicked on it. I then held down the Control key and drug a copy
of the table to the new desired location.

This seemed to work fine. When you click on the left margin of the original
table, you can "easily" highlight the entire row, and the row can be moved
within the table as desired.

When you click on the margin of the copy of the table, the table row is not
"easily" selected. In fact, there is only a very small region just to the
left of the table where you can highlight the row. Now if you try to drag
this highlighted row to a new location within the same table, the table gets
divided into three parts: the rows before where you are tyying to move to,
the row that was moved, and the rows after the move.

If I select all of the columns of the original table (where the cursor turns
into a down arrow) and then use my Control drag operation to copy the table,
the copy works just like the original.

There appears to be something different about the way MS Word treats copying
a table using the little table marker in the upper left corner, and just
copying the selected cells.

This is a lesson learned: DO NOT use the table marker to make copies of
tables.

Tom

I would like to know how to divide a page into four sections. Imagine that
you are folding a piece of paper in half one way and then in half the other
way. The page would be divided horizontally and vertically.
