mfc >> Systems Integration question

Does anyone know of any [authoritative] resources (books, papers etc) which
compare and contrast different Systems Integration technologies
(e.g. J2EE and .NET)?

In particular, I'm looking for a comprehensive comparison of several of
these techonologies.

Hi,

I'd like to write a little bidirectional connector, which should sync data
between two systems. Are there any components which I can use for this
purpose, without reinvening the wheel?

Thanks for any advice

3. PLS HELP:Phone system integration

Hi,

One of our bigger clients requested to have a phone automation option for our CRM product (developed
on C#) as they are using it now with ACT CRM. Unfortunately i don't have much info on how do they
use it and no way i could get to tehir place as they are in Europe (i'm in US). All i know that they
are using Nortel phones with TAPI interface (connected over LAN?) and on user's machines they are
using a TAPI driver "LAN CTE". I've never ever dealt with phones involved programming so i'm kind of
lost and in urgent need of some directions...

Any ideas what it might be? Or any other newsgroup i could check?

ANY ideas/comments(positive :)) are highly appreciated!

Thank you in advance,
MuZZy
