bugs, *Urgent* Cannot run compiled EXE - system restarts!

I cannot just open any EXE files compiled by me in Visual Studio 2005.

When i try to run any EXE (or try to edit the code in VS 2005), my system
simply *RESTARTS!*

No error messages - no warnings!!
