Microsoft Office Publisher >> Border on Banner will not print

Help!!!! I am deeply frustrated! I am trying to make a
banner in Publisher 2002. I have added a border to the
banner - BUT it is not showing up. When I view it in
print preview it does not show up and it does not show up
when I print the banner. If I zoom into the banner at
100% I can see the border then. What do I need to do to
get this stupid border to show up in print preview and to
actually print??? Help??????
