How can I email my photos including captions from Windows pictures files?

When I try to send them the photos arrive but without tags or captions.

i have grouped a 5x5 grid together using 5 horizontal n 5 vertical lines.
by using the 3d settings available, i shoud be able to tilt the grid up down 
left or right.
but the lines split up when i tilt it. how to really group them together?

I need to use jpeg or similar to produce a document on 
Publisher.  The thumbnail pics will not work.  Is there a 
companion cd of jpegs (or similar) that includes the 
pictures on Pub 2003, or is there a site that contains the 
pictures that were included on Pub. 2003?

7. Photos not correct

When using any MS product, when inserting a picture, the 
picture looks okay on screen and in preview screen.  The 
printed version has three images in the picture pane.  
Using Adobe with the same picture the output is correct 
i.e. one image in one picture pane.  First noticed the 3 
images in Publisher then tried to use same picture in Word 
with same results, then used Adobe and same picture and 
got correct results, I'm sure a setting has gotten 
incorrectly set but I cannot find it.  Thanks
