Microsoft Office Publisher >> tilted photos

by Lucie » Sat, 04 Oct 2003 00:14:03 GMT

When I place a photo purposefully askew it prints like it
went through a blender. Any thoughts?

Thank you in advance,
Lucie

After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message
from Lucie < XXXX@XXXXX.COM >...

Askew it in a graphics app and then import?
Publisher's photo rotation/skewing reduces the image to web resolution

7. Photos not correct

When using any MS product, when inserting a picture, the
picture looks okay on screen and in preview screen. The
printed version has three images in the picture pane.
Using Adobe with the same picture the output is correct
i.e. one image in one picture pane. First noticed the 3
images in Publisher then tried to use same picture in Word
with same results, then used Adobe and same picture and
got correct results, I'm sure a setting has gotten
incorrectly set but I cannot find it. Thanks
