How can I draw a WordArt frame in MS Publisher 2002. It
was possible in Publisher 2000. Publisher 2002, does not
have a WordArt frame tool. Or I do not know where to find
it. Help me please.

The WordArt button is on the same Object Toolbar along the left side of the
screen, same as before. You could also go to Insert>> Picture>> WordArt.

You cannot insert an empty WordArt object unless you use a space as the
objectin the WordArt. Publisher allows you to keep an empty frame after you
delete the "Your Text Here" text.

I want to put text around a circle. I want that text to follow the path of 
the circle.  I don't want the text to increase in size.

If I use word art, and create the circle text, the problem is the text 
increases, or decreases with the size of the text?

4. Word Art skewed from later versions to earlier 

I now have files within my system that were built 
w/Publisher 98, 2000, 2002 and now 2003. Main problem - 
when opening a file with Pub 2002 or newer of a design 
that was built with 98 or 2000, the Word Art boxes become 
skewed to the point of not being able to use them, 
meaning I have to go back and reset all of the affected 
type. I thought I had seen a post regarding this a while 
back, but cannot find any info. Anyone help me with this 
one?

For some reason when I open a saved publication it shows up blank without the 
pictures and wordart. I have re-installed my office.. but that didnt seem to

font...every font i choose to use seems to be in bold...which i DO NOT
