I'm searching the web looking for this font (Lucida
Grande Bold) for Windows. Can you help me? I've already
looked at http://www.jonmega.com/~iceman/stuff/fonts/ but
this particular font is missing from the file
OSX_fonts.zip available there for download.
Thanks in advance.

Where can you download additional Lucida fonts from?

Are these genuine freeware or available for purchase - or what???

The Lucida fonts are from Bigelow & Holmes and have in the majority being
supplied by Microsoft as bundled with a program or in the days when MS sold
their excellent font packs. The Bigelow & Holmes fonts are superb design
and high quality. When Bigelow & Holmes came into the market place with
these high quality superbly designed type faces they were 20 and 21 from
memory. In the main, I have always used Bigelow & Holmes fonts for my
published books and in the main Lucida Bright because of its excellent
clarity and ease of reading. Lucida Bright is acknowledged as being one of
the best and most legible and easy to read fonts. Lucida Calligraphy is my
favourite script style font.

I did a quick Google on that font and got several hits. Keep trying - you'll
find it.
