Hi
I have set up a 3 page newsletter document in Pub2002
which i need other non-Publisher users to be able to
open. I have tried converting it to html but only see one
page. How can I get the whole publication into html
format?
Thanks
Rebecca

After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message
from Rebecca < XXXX@XXXXX.COM >...

The other pages should go into a subfolder called Index_Files (where Index
is the name of your root HTML file).

1. How to send newsletter as HTML email

I can successfully create my newsletter in Publisher, choose to email it as a
message, and it shows up perfectly in an email message. But now I have
purchased an email program that allows me to paste in HTML to send to a large
distribution list of subscribers. I want to copy my newsletter as HTML and
send it via this program.

I've tried saving the .PUB file as a single file web page (.mht file), then
I open that file in my browser, view source, copy and paste the HTML code
into my mailing list program and send it as an HTML email. However, when it
is received in email, it is missing its pictures. Is there some way to
replicate what Publisher is doing when it sends the file as an HTML email so
that I don't lose my pictures?

3. Hyperlinks inside newsletter html email

My company upgraded to Publisher 2007, which has the bookmark feature. I
assumed that these would support hyperlinks that allows the user to jump to a
new location in the same html newsletter email that we distribute. When I
send the file as an email message it doesn't work. To make the hyperlinks
work, my boss has to manipulate the html code in Notepad which makes her
unhappy.

Does anyone know how to create internal hyperlinks w/in a publisher file
that is sent as an html emal message?

I regularly create a webpage using microsoft publisher for my company.
Unfortunatly my boss wants me to now send it out in html format as a
newsletter and it needs to be read with all email clients. It appears
that the format publisher creates is interpreted differently by
different email clients. Is there any way to continue to use microsoft
publisher and make my boss happy. I would appreciate any suggestions.
