Microsoft Office Publisher >> printing watermarks

by Shirley » Sat, 11 Oct 2003 03:18:49 GMT

I am having trouble putting a watermark on my calendar
pages. When I convert my clipart to watermark it covers
up some of the date text. When I go into print preview
it's not there so unfortunately when i print its gone.
Any suggestions. With office 97 publisher had a feature
that was really easy to use. You would click on view
background or view foreground and i would just insert
watermark in the background view. it was so easy and i
had no problems.

Any suggestions would be greatly appeciated!

I believe you need to put the text on top and make it transparent.

Use the "bring to top" icon next to the rotation icon and a Cntrl T to make
the text transparent.

After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message
from Shirley < XXXX@XXXXX.COM >...

The Background was renamed to the Master Page for Publisher 2002.
Press Ctrl-M to toggle it.

My version of MicroSoft Publisher does not have a winter masthead. I did
find one, but now am looking for a suitable page border for the rest of the

masthead is a pale aqua. I'd like to stay with the aqua, if there is an aqua
border with white snowflakes anywhere, or a white page with aqua snowflake
