Microsoft Office Publisher, Saving a "read-only" (?) file to disk

1. Trying to save Publisher file to CD getting error FILE IS READ ON. - Microsoft Office Publisher

2. trying to save file as ftp but it says its a read only file

I am using Publisher 2002 and I am reyting to save my file as a FTp file but 
I get an error message saying it is a read only file. I went into priporties 
and chaged it to a non read only file and I am still getting that message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

read only option is blurred out under properties.  need to send this in

I use microsoft publisher to publish my own site.

Am trying to replublish but it is now telling me can't save a read only file.
I tried saving as a different file name but it then changes to that name and 
says the same thing.
I have shut down rebooted and keep getting the same message...
Anyone out there care to tackle this one?
I need help please.
