S`ok I found them via http://www.bluetooth.com they are CC&C Technologies
based out of Korea as this picture shows it works with notebooks too thats
what I needed to know.

I need to make flash cards to study with, but I can't find ANY flash card 
templates. I find a lot of business cards and greeting type cards, but no 
actual flash cards. Avery labels makes 3x5 index cards for this use (#5388),
