wireless >> Making Internet Content PocketIE Friendly

Dear PocketPC users,

If you are tired of excessive scrolling to view
internet content from PocketIE, a free service is
now available to help out: go to (from PocketIE)

http://www.jennerresearch.com

enter the target URL and enjoy the much more
PocketIE friendlier content.

This service preserves the essential content
component from the original page. Oversized parts are
split and scaled to fit the screen. Partitiones
are hyperlinked by [+],[-] and [^] with a
linear order. Details could be found in the "ReadMe"
link.

Please don't forget to send your comments and feedbacks
(what you like, don't like, or like to have etc..) so
your needs could be accommodated in future improvements.

Thanks !!

Vincent

5. vxtools can see the Internet but PocketIE can't...

I've got a Siemens LOOX 600 and I just got an MSI Bluetooth adaptor
for my PC.

After a bit of configuring and experimenting, it's mostly going
well - However.......

I'm trying to set up a network connection over bluetooth. I've
followed the instructions in the manual and it appears to work. The
PPC is assigned an IP (192.168.0.236) with the appropriate netmask
(255.255.255.0) and with the default gateway, DNS and DHCP directed to
the address of the 'bluetooth network adapter' (192.168.0.1).

Pocket IE however refuses to see the internet at all - entering an
internet address just results in a brief flash of the spinning globe
and it stays stuck at the current page. I used vxtools to verify the
connection and it can ping internet addresses, do DNS lookups, whois
queries .. even time service lookups ... so clearly the networking is
working.

So does anyone know why PIE is refusing to use said network? Am I
missing something simple like making a PIE configuration somewhere?

TIA,

  Gavan

Hello,
My navigation tool bar is not pressent or visible on IE7 but when viewed on
firefox it is there and works fine. How do I fix this? Many, many people use
Explorer, I need it to work with my web site. I have a 64bit vista machine,
and the wife has a 32bit vista machine, both have the same trouble.
