As far as I know, IrCOMM is not implemented in the .NET Compact Framework.
IrDa socket based IR connectivity is though. You need to use native code for
serial IR. I believe that the good folks at OpenNETCF have built a nice
.NETcf wrapper for serial IR. See http://www.opennetcf.org .
