1. USB to USB internet connection
I have Time Warner Cable. There are connections for USB and Ethernet. I use Vonage for my phone service. Will it work if I connect the Vonage device to the Ethernet connection and the USB connection to a USB port on my computer? Thank you, David
I just bought a USB to USB cord, to link files from my laptop onto my desktop, and I can't get it to work. I have not installed any software, but I pressumed with Windows XP on both machines it would be able to recognize the connection and self configure. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and if I need any software. Thanks very much.

7. SBS 2K3 (BT Broadband) USB Connection Problem
I'm a developer and for some time I had the following set up as my test rig at home: SBS 2K3 with two NICs One NIC connected to a Linksys Router and DSL One NIC for the client SBS is running DNS and DHCP Windows XP Pro Client -- This all worked fine. I have recently moved to the UK and have got an ADSL modem which connects to my server via the USB port and is configured as a PPP connection. My server connects perfectly well to the internet and my client connects perfectly well to the server but for some reason my client is unable to connect to the internet. I can't resolve any pages and I can't ping any internet locations. Can someone explain to me or point me towards resources showing how to make this connection work ? Many thanks in advance for any replies.
