I want to develop an application using .Net so that I can send an SMS to any
mobile phone using the application.

Can any one help me out about the

--> Software requirements.
--> HardWare Requirements.
--> Needed specific knowledge other that Asp.Net.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi Jagadish,

Get .net framework, MS visual studio 2003 as software requirements, any P4
PC is enough for application development (make sure you are using window 2000
professional atleast), and you need Pocket PC device to test the practical
things, knowledge.. as you know you need some idea about pocket pc devices,
application limitation and in development try to concentrate in Compact
Framework based application development and mobile APIs.
