Pocket PC Networking >> A question about network accessibility in your country

I have a question about network accessibility in your country. In China, most
cell phone can't access the internet. It's because the mobile service
provider doesn't provide the service for as default. You must pay extra fee
if you want your cell PPC to access the internet. I want to know how about in
your country? Do you need to pay for the service? Can you access all the html
pages or only wap pages? and finally please tell me your country's name.
Thanks for your attention.

best regards

7. UI accessibility and control size

Hi all,
I would like my application working well when changing accessibility
settings (for instance system font from normal to large).
I use SHGetUIMetrics to get system font height but I don't know how to
deal with control height : How can I get the height of a listbox
control when using large font for instance ? There 's also
GetSystemMetrics but I don't see anything related to control size.
