1. I need Email Address to display full email address not Full Name
Hello, in Outlook Contacts the Email Address is only showing the Full Name and not the complete email address. I need to change this because when I hot sync my Treo 600 PDA the only thing that is showing up in Beyond Contacts software on my pda is just the Full Name and not the full email address. I figure if the whole email address would be listed in Outlook Contacts, then it should carry over to my pda in a hot sync. There must be a way to change it so the full email address will show instead of the Full Name in the email field ? ? ! ! ! ! My email is a pop3 server thru Comcast, I am the only user and administrator on this desktop pc I am running Office 2000 Pro / Microsoft Outlook 2000 SP-3 (9.0.0.6627) I am running Microsoft Windows XP Pro SP-1 latest update I am running Palm OS v.5.2 on my Handspring Treo 600 I am running Beyond Contacts by DataViz v. 3.003 on my Treo 600

When I try to create an email distribution list by copying from "TO" or "CC" line, it fails to recognize some of the names (doe snot expand them into an email address).

I am using Outlook 2003 and use the contacts feature of outlook. When I receive emails in outlook I would like to see the contact "Display As" Name as the email sent from (INBOX) instead of the email address associated to the contact. Example: Contact setup: A Contact, XXXX@XXXXX.COM Email from displayed as: XXXX@XXXXX.COM What I would like to have displayed as from: A Contact Is there a configuration in outlook which will automatically only display the Display as for incomming emails, instead of the email address in the email? Is there a way to show in the TO: field of an outgoing email message in Outlook 2003 the recipients name instead of their email address? For exampe, if I was sending out an email for Bob Smith it now shows TO: XXXX@XXXXX.COM instead of showing Bob Smith only. Can this be done easily? An option perhaps? Thanks so much! Mariann
