Occasionally (not every time).. when launching outlook upon initial laptop
start-up, the setup wizard for a new account appears. We cancel out and
everything seems to be working like normal. The outlook e-mail account and
profile is already linked with our Microsoft Exchange Server. I doubled
checked all e-mail settings and everything is correct.. any suggestions?

5. send/recieve progress box appears when shouldn't 

My Outlook Send/Receive Progress box pops up every time the program sends and receives mail, even though the box in the pop-up that says "Don't show this dialog box during send and receive" is checked.  I have tried unchecking it just to be sure that it isn't just a mistake in the wording  - but no matter what - the damn box keeps coming up.  If anyone knows the trick to this, I'd appreciate some help.

This may have been asked before but I cannot find any solutions so
Whenever I load or remove any software Install shield appears to launch the 
setup routine for MS BCM between 2 and 6 times.
This results in failed loads/unloads and is getting more than annoying.
Does anyone have any ideas
