1. Microsoft Office 2000 cannot read Microsoft Office Pro 2007 docume
I did a resume using Microsoft Office Professional 2007 and it saved the document as .docx. Microsoft Office 2000 cannot read the resume and I would like to know why. What can I do so that both programs will read my resume?

I use the preview pane. The message could have been the first message in my queue in the morning, so I could have read it and deleted it without clicking it. Would this send my boss a "delete without being read" receipt?

When I read a message I usually delete it. I want Outlook to open the next unread message in the list. But it doesn't. It returns me to the message list in the Inbox and I need to then select the next message. If I click on the down arrow while reading the message it will take me to the next one. But for most messages I delete them. Those that I wish to keep I'll use the down navigator.

sporadically I cannot delete email or calendar entries. I receive an error message: c:\documents and settings\michelle bansch\localsettings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst. I have tried to use the outlook recovery thing and it doesn't work. Help. I getting several that i cannot delete or read.
