installation, I can't see the business tools menu in outlook 2003

1. In my Outlook Menu, I do not have a Business Tool menu

2. body of email message can't be seen can't be seen

my emails can't be read by the recipients unless they hit reply or forward. 

3. Business tool menu not appearing in Outlook

4. Business Tools dissappears from Menu

I have fixed this once, but I can't find the newsgroup 
discussion. Any ideas? Seems like the add-in is not 
working.

1. BCM NOT AVAILABLE; THROWS EXCEPTIONS REPEAAEDLY.
2 DON'T SEE BIZ TOOLS MENUE IN MAIN OLK MENU.

3. IN C-PROGRAM FILES:
RENAMED TO "...OLD"
3.a MICROSOFT SMALL BUSINESS...OLD
3.b MICROSOFT SQL SERVER...OLD
4. removed: Office
5. Removed BcM
6. reinstalled Office small biz w bcm
7. reinatalled bcm disk
8. downloaded and intalled following:

8. A   BCM V2 Update - install this first before you do anything else
from Crashproof link

8.B  BCM & Small Business Accounting 2006 SP3 - This is the latest
service pack for both BCM 2003 and SBA 2006 from Crashproof link

9. Enabled bcm
10. Checked OLK / help/ about/ disabled: nothing disabled.
11. created new olk profile: still get errors
12. WENT TO CTRL PANEL / MAIL / DATA FILES / ADD BCM: THROWS EXCEPTION

16. OUTLOOK:/ HELP / ABOUT / DISABLED / NO ITEMS ARE DISABLED

A: MSC SMLBIZ= STARTED

18.   ALSO SUCCESSFULLY RESTARTED THE ABOVE, BUT TO NO AVAIL.
19. CREATED NEW OUTLOOK PROFILE: TO NO AVAIL
20. CLEARD FORMS CACHE: TO NO AVAIL

Open Microsoft Office 2003 with Business Contact Manager | Go to help | Go to 
About Business Contact Manager for Outlook | Look for a button reading 
Disabled items click on it and if BCM is listed just enable it. Follow any 
other on screen directions and popups. This worked wonderfully for me in fact 
in in the last two years this is the first successful time. Even the 
MSSQLServer Desktop Engine is working.
