Help tells me to go to Options, then select "Advanced" but it doesn't exist
in my version.

I send out appointments through exchange 2000 and was wondering how I could turn off the default 15 minute reminder?

I am on Outlook 2003. The reminder to turn off the Out of Office message does not consistantly appear, but I have not been able to determine the conditions. People who email me while I am gone do get the message. (Of course, so do people who email me after I've returned, until I remember to turn it off!) 6. Temporarily turn off all reminders?
Is there a way (Outlook 2000) to toggle all of the reminders on and off all at once without affecting any of their other settings? I use a lot of reminders. Sometimes, when I get behind on things, they fill the screen. I don't want to shut down Outlook, but I want the reminders to go away temporarily. I would then like to be able to reenable them and have them all return. 7. Calendar Reminder cannot turn off
I deleted a reminder in the calendar but keep getting an overdue
reminder. It states "Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded
again. The message you specified cannot be found."
It pops up every time you start Outlook. How can I get rid of this.
