1. Fowarding Rule In Outlook 2003 does not reliably work
A user has about 8 rules in Outlook 2003 which are suppose forward incoming e-mail to an assistant. Each rule has 4-7 address (exchange mailboxes) within it. These 30 some addresses were selected from the Global address list. Each rule is active. The problem is they do not work reliably. One day they will forward the e-mail correctly. The next day some the e-mail does not get forwarded. It does not consistently fail on the same incoming message. Outlook 2003 connects to an Exchange 5.5 server. Is there a limit to the number of rules? Is there a limit to the number of address to which mail can be forwarded?
2. Outlook 2007 doesn't start (and hasn't started ever)
3. Starting Outlook 2003 minimized doesn't load toolbars
I load Outlook 2003 minimized to tray on startup by putting a shortcut in the startup folder and changing the properties to start minimized. I can't seem to get any toolbars to load though. I have tried Lookout and Google toolbars but neither seem to be available when Outlook is started in a minimized state, I can't even choose to show them from View --> Toolbars because they are not listed. The only way I can get them loaded is by starting Outlook normally not minimized. Somebody please help, thanks! P.S. I think this is a bug in Outlook. If it is, I would ask the guys on the Outlook team to please fix it. Thanks

7. Outlook 2007 Beta Cannot Render Images Reliably
I've installed the Outlook 2007 Beta, and, whilst I am impressed with the upgrade over 2003, it just cannot reliably render any HTML e-mail which contains images. If I have the reading pane on, it just sits there for a long time with 97% or so CPU usage. Try to start, say, Firefox and it takes some 15 seconds, this on a PC running XP SP2 on an Athlon 3000 with 1GB RAM. If I minimise Outlook, it's better, and if I close it altogether my other programs start straight away. I realise that there are limitations with Beta software, but I'd be interested to know if this is a general problem or specific to me. CJ
