I installed Office 2003 over my Office 2000 and when
opening Outlook 2003 everything appears fine except I
cannot see the body of any messages, either old or new, in
the reading pane.

2. Emails are received but they do not appear in reading pane
I have a user who receives his email (you can see the number of unread emails increase) but you can not view the emails in the inbox to open any of them. We have tried going through the different views but none of that helps. Also if you export the inbox into a PST adn open the PST you can see all of the email. We also created another folder and created a rule for that folder telling all arriving emails to go directly to that folder so he can see some email at least. You can also view the Sent Items, Deleted Items and all of his subfolders without a problem. We can create the problem on another machine so there is a deeper problem. Assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

4. Navigation Pane and Reading Pane adjustments in Outlook 2003 Beta
I am using Outlook 2003 beta and I would like to use the Navigation and reading Panes the same way they were in 2002. Previously in 2002 I was able to just click on the name of the mailbox I was in and the Navigation Pane would automatically pop up so I could choose another Mailbox. Now I have to hit Alt-F1 or leave it up all the time. Clicking the name of the mailbox no longer does anything. This is a major PAIN. excuse the pun.. Also, I don't like the "Last Week", "Yesterday" "Date: Monday date indicators headers in the message list pane. Can I remove them? I can figure out on my own when the messages came. The headers just take up room... Thanks in advance!!

Hi all! I have a problem since I installed the outlook 2007 beta 2. I receive mail as nice as possible, but when I want to read it, there is only the title, from whom and to whom data in reading pane. The mesage is, let's say "invisible" :) Anyone have the same prob? When I start outlook 2007 in safe mode, everything works OK. The only prob with safe mode is, that you always have to set the reading pane on and hide the big buttons.... We'll if anyone has a solution...I haven't find it... In the next week I will reinstall the system and see... maybe, just maybe I will get a mirale :)
