please help, I downloaded bt yahoo dial up anytime updated package as advised
to do by them, on October 8th and since then unable to use outlook express at
all. Error message 0x800ccc19 time out. I have e mailed bt twice and been
sent 7 pages of instructions!!! I am a computer novice and it all seems too
much for me but I do have access to e mail via bt yahoo site, but I loved the
plain and simple layout of outlook express. Why has this happened?

Friend uses BT for telephone and Broadband Internet Provider.  He used to be 
with Freeserve (taken over by Wanadoo...taken over by Orange) and has an 
 XXXX@XXXXX.COM  e-mail address which he uses via BT. He says he can't use 
Outlook Express for e-mail with that e address and BT broadband unless he 
pays extra! Does that make sense - or has my friend got this wrong?
