I see how to reset arranging preferences but it applies only for the folder
in questions. How does one reset and get rid of grouping for all folders at
once? otherwise one has to reset folder by folder.

2. URGENT-Getting rid of Favorites Folder in Outlook 2003
HELP! send me info to XXXX@XXXXX.COM . I have just upgraded from Outlook 2002 to 2003/office11 and I found out that the "Used-To-Be" Outlook Shortcut Bar has been replaced. My concern - when I first launch Outlook 2003 - the Favorites Folder comes on top! I need a way to hide or even to get rid of it. What I am trying to accomplish to bring MyShortcuts first and as a default on left pane. Has anyone of you questioned this feature as a nuisance? Does anyone have a resolution on it? Would appreciate any remedies.

4. Getting rid of Infected items folder
I access Outlook remotely on my laptop, which has a smaller screen, and as I have lots of folders and email accounts, I want to get rid of ones I do not need. I have been using Outlook 2007 for nearly two years now, and I have never had anything in Infected Items. I want to get rid of the Infected Items folders from the accounts. How can I do this safely, making whatever would have gone in their divert to Junk E-Mail instead? I have Hotmail and IMAP accounts that have it. How come there isn't one for POP3? Cheers ss.

8. Getting Rid of Archive Folder
At the top of my folder list is an archive folder but, if I click on it I get the following message. 'Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The path specified for the file J:\Outlook Data Files\archive.pst is not valid.' The message is correct (there is now no J: drive) but if I left or right click on that part of the directory tree all I get is the error message; there is no option to close or get rid of that folder - so the message just keeps coming up. (Opening another archive file doesn't change things except there are no error messages with that one and I can close this file.) Any ideas on how I can get rid of this entry. TIA Rob
