Microsoft Office Outlook, WTH?! Tracking tab not there!!!

I am starting to use the voting options feature. But when 
i view the email in my sent items there is tracking tab 
available. i have used this feature on another PC running 
outlook 2002 it it works fine but i cannot see any 
differences in the setup. any ideas??

Hello,
      When I send a message with Voting Buttons the 
results of the vote are not displayed in the Tracking tab 
of the message until after I have opened the responses. 

      Is the behaviour by default?

6. Meeting attendees not showing up on tracking tab

We have a situation where a meeting request is sent out and as people start 
to accept/decline the meeting SOME of the attendees get tracked in the 
meeting tracking tab and some don't.  All of the meeting acceptance notices 
are received in the Meeting organizer's mailbox but not all of them show up 
in the meetin tracking itself.

This sound famililiar to any one?

Our people are complaining that they are not getting accurate attendance 
counts.....

8. Tracking Tab Not Updating

I have a user with the following problem:

When he sends out an email with mutliple recipients and selects to receive a 
read receipt, when the first receipt confirmation comes in, it creates the 
Tracking tab on the sent email, as it should.  The problem is, that he will 
receive multiple read confirmation emails, but they are not updating on the 
tracking tab.  It will only show the first confirmation.  Any ideas?
