Outlook 2003 has been running fine for months. As of yesterday, every time I
do a Send/Receive every email in the server's inbox gets download, even the
ones previously downloaded. 10 send receives, 10 duplicate emails

Anyone have any ideas?

1. Hotmail Sync problem ("sent" emails double every time I send/receive)

I am using Outlook 2007, Outlook Connector, and MSN premium (through
Verizon)
Recently I believe Outlook 2007 was updated, and I get an error
message to upgrade to "Live". I also noticed things were sluggish. I
tried an failed to upgrade to Live, error message about:
"Your account is with one of our partners and has additional features
that Windows Live Hotmail doesn't't support yet..."
The REAL problem is this: Everytime Outlook checked my email my "SENT"
and "Saved" folder size would double. I checked it online and there
were about 10 to 20 copies of every email in these folders! My mail
box was FULL and alot of my "SENT" emails were disappearing (the
oldest ones first).
I removed Hotmail from Outlook, removed Connector, reinstalled
Conector, reinstalled Hotmail...same problem...
So now I am NOT using connector, just HTML mail, but still getting
errors.

What I really would like to do is recover my lost "SENT" emails. I
did full computer backups but I'm not sure where, if at all, the
hotmail file is. I did notice my specfic Outlook "backup" (separate
program) was not backing up my hotmail folder....I just added it.
Any ideas how to recover my hotmail "sent" mail? I am also still
getting multiple emails in my saved and sent folders....
I have spoken to Verizon, which switched me to Live then to Yahoo
trying to get my Hotmail to update to Live, but it did not work. They
now say, with MSN premium canceled, I need to wait 30 days to switch
it over...(not kidding).
Help!
Gary
PS. MS kept telling me that an upgrade to Outlook 2007 from Office XP
would be a good thing....
