None of my Received emails appear on a Contact's Activities list; some Sent,
Deleted items are there. I've followed instructions in the Help section, to
no avail. Any possible solutions?

I see how to link emails to all contacts, but is there a way to pull up a single contact (in the Business Contact Manager) and link previously sent messages - without it going back through the entire BCM database and setting redundant links for them? Please advise, BSW

I have accounts that are set up to automatically link emails and other data that are in reference to the contact/account. now if i delete the email it stays in the deleted folder and is stil linked to the contact/account. what if i purge the deleted items folder will the emails still be linked to the contact/account or do i have to leave all items in the deleted folder permanently in order to have remain linked to the contact/account?
