1. Recurring appointment/events linked to other recurring appointment

Does anyone know how I can create a recurring event, that is tied to an 
existing recurring event?

I need an event for the first tuesday of every month(easy) - a report 
submission date.  Followed by an event for the following friday for a 
meeting.  I can't just make it a recurring event for the first Friday of a 
month, as sometimes the firday preceeds the tuesday?

Any recommendations?  I'd like it to show in the calander, so would prefer 
not to use Tasks and reminders.

select a couple of them, you can right-click and change the catagory in one

For example I want to set up a team meeting every Friday morning. But there 
is an already long standing appointment for the last Friday of every month.
