I have used this coffee maker for 5 years now and Love it !!! It has sleek modern styling and brews a great cup of coffee. The thermal carafe is great for serving and keeps the coffee hot for hours (after brewing at 6:30 am, I can still have a cup at lunch). My only complaint is that the screw on lid for the carafe is sometimes a bit awkward to use but you get used to it.
