CSharp/C# >> Vista like XP

by QWxoYW1icmEgRWlkb3MgS2lxdWVuZXQ » Tue, 02 Sep 2008 19:02:02 GMT

Hi all

I have created a winforms application in Windows XP with VS 2005.

I deploy my application in WXP and Vista Pcs clients.

But when I run my application, the styles in Vista aren't like W.XP (colors
of bars, titlebar, the close, minimize and maximize.....)

Any solution for in Vista seems like XP ??

Thanks in advance and bye

Well of course... one of the much-hyped Vista features is its new UI theme.
Your WinForms application will just look like any other Vista application on
Vista.

Why would you want to do that? Please don't say that you've customized
colors/fonts in your app to match the color scheme of XP windows
decorations...

What version of .NET does your application target? What version is
installed on the other PC?

Thanks Mr. Duniho,

I checked and saw the following-
> What version of .NET does your application target?
Version 2.0
 What version is
> installed on the other PC?
Both version 1.1 and version 2.0
