Speech Research, VAD for AMR

Hi All,

Could anyone give me pointers/links/paper references for VAD
algortims found in AMR speech coding.
Any pointers would be helpful.

From the ETSI website (www.etsi.org), you can download the standard and the
source code ( http://pda.etsi.org/pda/queryform.asp ). Registration is needed, but
it is free. Their search engine is a bit of a pain, but still usable. Good luck!
