misc, can any one help regarding spech recognition

hey any one help me in spech recognition iam doing a project on which
aims at controling a small toy car with speech
plz any one tell me the way of doing it????????

Before anyone can really assist you, you need to provide a great
deal of technical information about the environment. Even with that
information, I am skeptical that the BASIC programming language would
be of much use in a speech recognition situation.
