management, Ascent Capture 5.51.020 scan multiple images to single tiff

I have been tasked with determining why certain images in our
organization that have been scanned using a Kodak 3520 scanner, coupled
with the Ascent Capture v5.51 software does not combine multiple tiff
images into one tiff. I have been informed that other scanners (off
site) within our organization do have this capability with the same
hardware/software configuration. As these other machines are off site,
I do not have access to their configurations. Is anyone familiar with
a hardware/software setting that would allow for this functionality?

Are you asking how to configure the release script to export multipage
tiffs? Or, are you asking how to enable thumbnails within the modules?
