4. Windows Vista refund policy
I have a bought a new notebook with Windows Vista pre-installed. The problem is I don't agree with the EULA, so I can't continue to use the notebook. Does Microsoft have a refund policy in these cases where the end user clicks "I disagree" to the EULA? I do want to keep the notebook, but I believe I should be eligible for a refund for any licensing costs pertaining to Windows Vista software. Thanks for any help!
