I'm trying to make an organization type chart, but I need the hierarchy to
combine from two boxes at the top level, into one box at the next level down.
Is that possible?
1. Combining two presentations into one
Hope this isnt a double post but my last answer seems to have disappeared! In the first pres. INSERT>>SLIDES FROM FILES Navigate to the second and choose insert all. Tick or untick "keep source formatting" depending on wether you want new slides to follow first master slide format. 3. Help - can't add "promote" to add text box at SmartArt Graphics
Version: 2008 Processor: Intel Hi, I have chosen a SmartArt Graphics slide format with 4 quadrants in a pie style. I have added text within each of the actual 4 quadrants and was able to "promote" (or add) a text box to the top/left hand side quadrant. When I attempt to "promote" or add text boxes to expand upon my quadrants the promote button does not highlight and therefore a text box does not appear. How can I promote in the other 3 quadrants of my pie? Hoping somebody can help me! Thanks, Janine
4. Selecting multiple boxes in smartart graphic organizational charts.
5. Using two background-graphics from two pot files?
Hi there, I've chosen "apple.pot" as the template for my presentation. But, I wanted to change the background-graphic to that of another pot file, Autumn.pot for just one particular slide. I know you can choose a different background picture for different slides, but *.pot is not an option. Is this possible? Thanks so much for any information. Crystal. p.s. my email acct has expired, so please post here. :)
6. Two monitors - two applications - one problem
