1. Hyperlink opens browser instead of Outlook
Using Access 2000, clicking on a hyperlink that is an email address opens the web browser instead of Outlook. Some email addresses open Outlook, others open the browser in error. Does someone know why this happens and how to fix it so that the link opens Outlook as it should?

I'm pulling my hair out on this one. On my computer (XP), the file association for JPGs is supposed to open a JPG file in MS Office Picture Manager, which is what I want. (If I double-click on a JPG file from Windows Explorer, the file opens properly in MSOPM, so the file association seems to be working properly.) Hyperlinks in Word 2003 documents, however, open the JPG files in an IE7 browser window. Urgggh! Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

For Powerpoint, does anyone know how to create a hyperlink to a url, that will open a browser in a popup window (i.e. where I can control the window size, menus, etc.). Any help is much appreciated.

7. Hyperlink always opens a new file, instead of already open file
Hello al I have a hyperlink to my access database, and whenever it is clicked, it opens a new copy of the database. As we go back and forth betweeen the two files using hyperlinks, I can get 10 or more copies of the database open, which really slows things down. Interesting that when I use the hyperlink that goes from access to visio, g t goes to the already open file, rather than opening a new one How can I stop this??
