A couple of ways, you can open both presentations in the side by side in the
slide sorter view. Then drag whichever slides you want form one presentation to
the other.

Or, open just one presentation and use the Insert slide from files... option
and select the presentation where you want to take the slides from.

I have two related PowerPoint presentations, and would like to combine the two
(i.e. using most, but not all, of the slides) and then rearrange their order.
Any suggestions on how to do this?

6. Combining two presentations into one

Hope this isnt a double post but my last answer seems to have disappeared!

In the first pres. INSERT>>SLIDES FROM FILES

Navigate to the second and choose insert all.

Tick or untick "keep source formatting" depending on wether you want new
slides to follow first master slide format.
