A complete piece of junk. C'mon man,I realize it's cheap, but it is not worthy of accepting even if it was free. Unsafe and unfit for anything. These type of gadgets are not tools. I don't exactly know there purpose. Must be a real small niche market for this type of stuff.
As has been the case for the past 40 years, the Black & Decker Sabre saw that I purchased was reasonably priced and a quality product. B&D power tools hold up quite well over the years and are always an excellent buy.
