Hello,

I have a presentation with an active button which links to a video file to be opened by VLC. However, before the video plays I get a series of two messages asking me do I really want to open the file as it could be unsafe. If I click Open on the first box and OK on the second the file then plays. Is there some way to switch these warning messages off?

Thanks in advance

5. Doing other things during a presentation

During presentations, the presenter tools interface takes over the presenter's screen, making it impossible to do anything else. Right now, I'm using the freeze feature on our projector to jump back and forth, but that's a real hassle.

Is it possible to run presenter tools in a window and allow the use of other programs while keeping the presentation screen active?

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

When clicking the "Show movie controller". A slider-based movie controller is shown which is fine when in the outline mode, but why doesn't it stay around during an actual presentation when it's needed most? I want to know if there is a way to use it this control during the
presentation so as to easily pause, scrub, etc.
Help?
I'm not looking for Flash alternatives or creating buttons to do the work mentioned above. I really just wish to capitalize on the show movie control option.

Thanks for your time and assistance!
