ISA Clients >> enter network password - username, password and domain.

I have a SBS2000 (ISA 2K) setup with approx 10 win2k and xp clients. All
clients are able to access the web ok except for a new user I have just setup
on an existing pc. The old user of the pc was able to access the web ok but
the new user of the win2k PC is presented with a dialog titled Enter network
password. You have to enter administrator, the password and the domain
details and then the web is accessible for that session. If you close down
IE and later want to start another IE web session you have to enter the user,
password and domain again. All the other users are OK and don't have to do
this - just this new user. I have even temp granted the new user as
administrator but still problem persists. Any ideas please, thanks.

Any help would be much appreciated in the following problem. I subscibe to a
european streaming TV website - while it worked flawlessly for months, all of
a sudden this message began to pop up! Login still works, but the player
freezes at the connecting to media stage, while waiting for the network
password. All other internet functions work normally, and I don't have a
network.

4. "Enter Network Password" repeating dialog box is a nuisance

Each time Outlook 2003 does an automatic send-recieve the dialog box "Please
Enter Network Password" effectively blocking the auto send-receive until a
manual response is provided.
With send-receive set to 5-minutes, in a typical working day this requires
more than 100 manual responses. If I am away from the computer there is a
potential for my ISP to run out of email storage space.
This did not happen before and is a considerable nuisance now. As far as I
can tell there is no fix for this yet.

6. How to disable "enter network password" prompt?

This is NOT the problem others have reported here. The "enter network
password" prompt is doing exactly what it is supposed to - popping up when
the account is not able to automatically log in. It is only doing it when
there is a temporary internet glitch preventing login. These problems always
correct themselves and next time I try it works just fine. That's when I am
home. When I am away, the prompt sits on the screen, mail stops downloading
from the server, and push email stops sending messages to my cell phone
because none are received, and won't be until I get home to cancel out of
the "enter network password" prompt. If the prompt were simply disabled,
everything would be fine and dandy. The glitch would correct itself and five
minutes later my email would continue downloading and getting pushed from my
desktop to my cell phone. But how to disable this prompt? Is there a way?
Outlook 2007 on XP SP2. Please do not suggest anything related to my push
email - that is not the issue. I just need to disable that prompt.

Thanks.
