I'm trying to automate the uninistall of the firewall client from all of my
Clients.

I really don't want to do this manually. I would rather have a script I can
push with SMS and uninistall it from all my clients in that manner.

I'm trying to use setup.exe /v/uninstall

But I'm not getting it I'm getting a message, "This patch package could not
be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it,
or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows
installer patch package.

Hi!
BIG problems!

We unintalled the ISA 2004 firewall clients on 1000 machines and after the 
uninstallation they can't get an IP address from the DHCP server. RPC calls 
doesn't work, we can't reach the machines to apply the client again.

What can we do?!?! Please help!

We installed a new Firewall and I need to remove the ISA Firewall Client software from each of the workstations.  Using the information in the MS Knowledge Base I created a batch file that runs "MsiExec.exe /X {8C7A59A8-9ABE-459A-9A93-08C281A4A264} /qn"  The uninstall does run, afterwards it reboots the client.  But when a user logs back in an error message appears that I cannot find information on.  The message is:  
Cannot find the file 'C:\WINNT\TEMP\DelIsaInst.bat' (or one of its components).  Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.
The only oprion a user has is "OK".  They click ok and the log in completes.  How do I stop this error from appearing every time a user logs in?

Is there a way to manually remove the client ?
I could not find any KB article on the subject.

Argghhhhh  Mr Stupid here.
I updated our SBS 2003 server from ISA 2000 to ISA 2004
but didnt uninstall the old ISA Firewall clients from the client PC's.

So now i cant uninstall the old version from the clients because the 
uninstaller has been overwritten by the new version....

Can anyone help...

or shall i go to another customers and "borrow"! a copy of the old installer 
and see if i can use that to uninstall the software.
