C++ Builder IDE, CRVIEWERLib_OCX.h

I was recently given some source code when a developer abruptly left and
when I try to compile it's looking for the following 'CRVIEWERLib_OCX.h'
file.

Had anyone seen this file before or where it might try and locate it?
