Big Problem

OK, im a student working on a web page with my partner and we have run into a
few problems with dream weaver.
the one that we are now struggling on is this...
We have made the layout of the page 800 X 600 pixels and last year we did the
same thing and it gave us no problem.
But for some reason on every computer the page sizes are different. like some
are small, some are way to big, and some are squished. The computer is not
automaticly sizing it to fit.
But my questions is Is there some way we can make the pages stay the same or
fixing the sizing problem?

We've tried editing the coding and we have tried making it smaller bigger,
getting rid of some of the coding and nothing is working.

If you have an idea to what it might be please e-mail me at

thanx
