bcm, Sync BCM contacts with Outlook contacts

Have Office 07 enterprise with Outlook 07 BCM on XP

I only use BCM, and there are not contacts in the default Outlook Contacts 
file.  However, the Iphone only syncs to the default Outlook Contacts file.  
So, I have categorized in BCM all contacts with Cell that I want to sync, and 
when I sync I delete the contacts for the default contacts file and paste 
these new contacts.  Awkward at best.

Is there a way to sync a contact in the default Contacts file with the BCM 
file so any changes to a contact record in BCM would be reflected in that 
same record in the Contacts file?  I think the answer is no.

BCM seems to be a reasonable product, however for it to be meaningful for me 
I need to be able to sync my business contacts at least with my pda. How do I 
then easily and swiftly sync my BCM contacts with outlook so this can occur?
I can sync ACT! contacts with outlook with just 2 mouse clicks. I wonder why 
it is so difficult between outlook contacts and bcm contacts.
