1. missing Contacts linked to Primary Contact
2. New message to contacts button only selects contracts primary emai
When selecting "new message to contact" with multiple contacts selected -- MS only selects the primary email address in each contact. When you select only a single contact -- it picks all the email addresses. This has always seemed inconsisent. How can you have MS to use all email addresses within a contact all the time? Is there an option to do one or the other?

4. missing radio button on Insert Address Dialog - inserting outlook contacts into Word
Any idea on how to fix missing dialog buttons when you are in Word and insert an address from the contacts in Outlook??? I can only insert the main mailing address, which works well enough, but I would like to insert other addresses, such as the home address occasionally. I am using XP/SP1 and Office 2003. A similar problem with the missing radio buttons in the Insert Address dialog box (named "Select Name") in Word had previously been noted with Outlook 2000: OL2000: (CW) Option Buttons Missing Accessing the Outlook Address Book from Word Article ID: 240629 However, when I replaced the supposedly missing file: schdmapi.dll and run the repair, it doesn't correct the problem. Has anyone else noted this problem with XP and Office 2003? I didn't have this problem with Office 2000. Any ideas on how to fix it???
5. missing buttons when inserting contact into word - revisited
6. Contacts are missing when I click the To, Cc, or Bcc buttons
I am setting up my new laptop and cannot get my contacts to show when creating a new e-mail message in Outlook. I am using Vista Ultimate (64 bit) and MS Office 2007. I used the file transfer Wizard to move the files over (via USB cable), but gathered from other posts that this was not the best way. It is done, however. I tried to follow the procedures outlined in the Help File document with the above heading but on step #1 of Reset Outlook Address Book settings the emoveoption is grayed out and I cannot proceed. What can I do to fix this? Jack

8. Contacts missing when I click the "To:" button
Hey guys, I have a slight problem. I have outlook 2003 with a bunch of contacts in my contact folder. It used to be that when I started to compose a new message that I could just click on the "To:" button and it would bring up a contact manager that I could select email addresses from. But now when I click on the button, all the names are missing. I checked my contacts folder and all the names are still there, but their missing when I click on the "To:" button. I think there is some connection between word and outlook or something that might have been messed up somehow. Can anyone help me?
