bcm, How do I search the items in my Business Contact history?

1. business contact history has items linked to all contacts not just one - Microsoft Office Outlook

2. Lost Business Contact Toolbar and Business Contact History wont wo

Currently, I am am seeing all my incoming email in my Business Contact 
History pane. The "Add" button for Business Contact History will not open. I 
also do not see "Business Contact Manager" on my toolbar, or in the "Help" 
section. Business Contact Manager does show up in my files, so it is like I 
have a shadow of what was there. I have run and rerun Scanpst, run and rerun  
"Detect and Repair," removed and reinstalled Business Contact Manager. I am 
using Office Professional Edition 2003 with Windows XP.

Is there any way of importing a batch of old histry items from a CSV file
into BCM?

If not and I have to do it all one at a time :-( then is it possible to
change the date created date?
I would like the created dae to reflect the origional dates if possible.

I've just built a new computer and transfered my Outlook BCM over to the new 
machine.

I upgraded BCM and then imported my BCM data, but I don't get the History 
Items for any of the Business Contacts.

8. Duplicate Business Contact History Items

I'm getting at least two copies of all email correspondence to my customers 
in the Business Contact History Items. The first is a copy of the original, 
html based, email and the second is a text only version.

How do I stop the duplicates?
