I have just been tasked with being our sales product 
champian for MS CRM. I have down loaded the MS CRM Toolkit 
for sales and implementation (which is excellent) but 
there are few missing components and a couple things are a 
bit thin on detail.

Is there a forum for sales people to exchange material and 
or get sales support from MS ?

7. 'Out of the blue' no more access to CRM at all

Suddenly I get a general errormessage 'An error has occurred. Contact the 
systemsadminitrator for more info.' when trying to open CRM (equally whether 
on the server itself or from a clientcomputer). It worked just fine before. 

What have I done lately? I've been messing a bit with a webcertificate, 
activated a client XP-licence, deleted a clientcomputer and added another one 
and maybe something else I can't think of now. The rest all still works fine, 
just CRM doesn't.

When going to Start->All programs->Microsoft CRM->Systemadministration and 
then to Useradministration, click on the company I get the errormessage 
'Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\Networkservice (80040e-4d)'.
