Using a crack is piracy? Ha, that is stupid. I couldn't even run my FS2004
without one as my disc 4 is defective and 3+ weeks from buying the game I
still have not received my replacement disc from wonderful MS. Why on earth
would I want to keep juggling CDs when I have the full games loaded to the
drive? I and most people I know always get the no-cd crack, it is ridiculous
not to.
This is the company's level of competence I am dealing with:
Email from MS concerning my FS2004 problem, they had promised to send out a
disc 4 right away:
"I was curious if you had the opportunity to try the things that we had
discussed. Please reply to this case by sending an email to:
XXXX@XXXXX.COM
Please be sure to include your case number <SRXxxxxxxxxxxxx> as the subject
line of your email. I will receive this email and will respond as soon as
possible.
Thank you for using Microsoft Product Support.

Note that I had "tried all the things we discussed" befor talking with him
and let him now I had, I replied with this, this mail reflects the
frustration of long distance phone calls on my Nickel.

"I am not pleased at all with Microsofts non-support of the issue I had with
FS2004. I have had to correct my mailing address twice (deaf or illiterate?)
and still I have not recieved the promised disc 4 to replace my defective
one.
Thanks for ripping me off for 55.00.
